What you get

Someone is watching the PCs and the server. Patches run. You still decide when a person gets involved, and that time is hourly. Printers, shares, and mail problems are that call. They are not a surprise add-on nobody described.

Backup is not included. If the copies matter, they are their own service, with a restore we open. If you would rather stop deciding when to call, Omega Total Care is the plan where the person is already part of the month.
