The agent and the patches on the computers and the server. You call when you want a person, and that call is hourly.
Omega Total Care
The person is part of the month. PCs, the server, the printers, patching, and help Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. On call Saturday and Sunday. After-hours work is available, coordinated or emergency assistance.
Backup, beside all three
None of the three include the copies. Backup is scoped on its own, for the server and the PCs, and we open a restore so you have seen it.
