How that looks in the office
- Accounts are created for the work and closed when the work is over
- A backup copy is for a restore, and it is tested that way
- A guest VLAN exists so a visitor is not browsing the server
- We do not discuss classified work. A customer file gets the same care anyway
- Patient charts and client files stay in the office systems. Who can open them is named, and that access closes when the person leaves
