Antivirus
The signature watch. Known bad files get stopped on the PCs, the Macs, the Windows server, and the Linux server. We run the product already on the machines, or we put one there.
EDR
Endpoint detection and response. The agent on the machine watches behavior, not just a file name: encryption starting, a strange process, a script that does not belong. We integrate with the EDR company already in the office, or we stand one up. The alert comes to a person, and that person calls you.
ITDR
Identity threat detection and response. The logins, not the files. A sign-in from a place the user has never been, a mailbox rule that forwards mail out, an admin role that appeared overnight, a token that keeps working after the person left. We tie that watch into Microsoft 365, into Google Workspace, and into the same EDR companies that already see the endpoints.
Email, read by a model
AI analysis on the mail before someone clicks. Phishing, a vendor impersonation, a link that does not match the words, a thread that changed tone. Microsoft 365 can do this. Google Workspace can do this. So can the mail security product already in front of the mailbox. The ones that need a person get a person.
Compliance, including HIPAA
A clinic, a dental office, or a practice asks a different question. Who can open a patient chart. Who left last month and still can. Whether a mailbox rule is forwarding those messages to a personal box. Whether the laptop in the car is the only copy. Whether guest Wi-Fi can see the server those charts live on.
That is the adherence work. We line up the shares, the logins, the mail, the network lanes, and a backup that has been restored, and we write down what we changed. When the office needs a business associate agreement for the systems we touch, we sign one. The office still owns the policy. We do not hand you a certificate, and we do not pretend an audit is a logo.
The same handling fits a law office, an accountant, or any shop whose files would hurt if they walked out. Card machines stay on their own lane. That part lives on the network page, and it is not a PCI certificate.
What you actually get
- Antivirus on the PCs, Macs, Windows servers, and Linux servers
- EDR behavior analysis, integrated with the company already on the endpoints
- ITDR on the identities: sign-ins, roles, and mailbox rules
- AI analysis of inbound email
- HIPAA adherence for a clinic: access, mail, the lanes, and a restore, written down
- A call when something needs a person, not a portal nobody opens
- Patching with Omega Total Care, with ala carte, or beside an hourly office
The copies of the server live in the backup service. The watch tells you the machine is in trouble. The backup is how you bring it back.
