What we built

What it is: A modern web CRM and operations platform for tax-free shopping refunds — customer self-service, staff review, multi-store counters, and payout workflow.

What it was built to do: Let international shoppers open accounts, submit claims, and upload receipts and ID from any browser; give staff a full pipeline from intake through verification, approval, filing prep, and paid-out; scope employees by outlet; and keep documents in secure cloud storage with an audit trail.

What it was due to replace: Aging custom desktop and back-office stacks from the early 2000s — single-machine tools, legacy databases, and paper-era processes that never got a modern customer channel or a clean path if the original vendor disappeared.

Platform is production-ready and held on standby for handoff when the right buyer is ready.

What it is: Privacy suite for Android — decoys, tripwires, forensic logging, Void Shield firewall, and Rune Terminal as the pocket command surface. Public storefront, Stripe checkout, lifetime unlock, device-aware licensing.

Device access — not SSH-only: interactive login, saved host profiles, personal mesh, file transfer, optional mosh, cockpit health, on-device shell, multi-session. PCs, Pis, NAS, lab hosts — paths that fit the job. Full map in the Rune page.
